Shipping of Original Paintings

Original paintings are carefully handled and shipped in custom-built wooden crates to ensure maximum protection during transport. Each artwork is shipped with international couriers experienced in transporting fine art.

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each artwork based on destination and care requirements. The final shipping cost is always clearly displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping method, and local customs procedures. For international orders, delivery typically takes several weeks, and customs clearance may occasionally extend delivery times beyond the initial estimate. Due to the size and weight of the artworks, assistance may be required when unpacking upon delivery.

Customs, VAT and local charges

For international orders, the shipment may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, and any local customs clearance or administrative fees. The amount of these charges is determined by the authorities in the destination country, is not included in the purchase price or shipping cost, and is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

You may return an original artwork within 14 days. Return shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The artwork must be returned well protected and in the same condition as received.
